How we do it
in the Father's House
Who can come?
Anyone who loves the Lord and has a heart to pray for Israel, the Middle East and Europe is most welcome after taking the following steps:
a) Registration for the Father’s house takes place via the Berlin part of the ministry’s team. Your stay will then be confirmed by the Father's house office in Berlin.
b) If you are coming to the Father's House for the first time, we ask you to send us a short description of your motivation, a spiritual resume and a recommendation from your pastor or spiritual leader.
c) We ask every praying person to agree to our general prayer guidelines in advance of their time in the Father's House and to plan at least 5 days in the Father's House in order to prevent excessive fluctuation in the prayer house.
e) Each intercessor in the Father's House takes part in the common morning prayer (7 a.m. - 9 a.m.) and the common evening prayer (approx. 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.) for 2 hours every day, as well as additional personal time of prayer in our prayer room, as well as up to one hour daily of practical work in the house and garden.
f) To cover our expenses, we ask for a donation to the Father's House account of the Jerusalem community of 30 euros per person per night, married couples 55 euros for self-catering. A fully equipped kitchen is available.
g) Bed linen and towels are provided by the house.
h) Personal telephone contact with the employees responsible for the father's house approx. 2 days before arrival is necessary in order to discuss specific arrangements for arrival (contact will be provided by the Berlin office).
A little insight
The house
The Father's House is kept quite simple. No luxury awaits you, but a prophetic place opposite the Golden Gate and above the Garden of Gethsemane. The entire Temple Mount and the Old City of Jerusalem can be seen from the prayer room of the Father's House.
